Yadris Klintell is the Commendant of the Lower Baily. He is the highest rank member of the Keep hierarchy the party has interacted a lot with. He has done such things as:
- arresting the party
- sending the party on a Quest as penance
- arresting someone the party (incorrectly) blamed for a murder
- No penance mentioned. Who knows what the fallout is?
- asking the party to keep an eye out for a lost halfling merchant
The party has learned the following news and rumors concerning him:
- Yadris used to be commander of the Keep Cavalry!
- He was recently demoted, no one knows why
- He has always been a jaded officer
- His new troops like him well enough
- He (at least) likes the women, and has been visiting one in Farzy for a while
- But hasn't been there recently
- A soldier went crazy and tried to kill him.
