Vanessa Laska, slightly ditzy Cleric of Sumar-Fareen (Gawdess of Love and Childbirth), is leading a party of adventurers trying to locate the Tome of McGuffin. This powerful artifact that has been stolen, and if it is combined with Crowly's Candelabra and the Bell of the High King ("Tsar" Bell) - also both missing or stolen - could well be used for great evil*. Hopefully they'll succeed!
* - Think massive demonic invasion.

- Bones - A human fighter found lost in the Kobold mines. His service has been bought with a powerful magical axe.
- Norm - A young thief who has ...family issues, who is now on his own and who may wake up one day

The Campaign
This campaign is the idea of running the players through a bunch of the classic D&D modules - which were really strongly fleshed out for 4th Edition HackMaster. The players are actually using 5th edition players: some "basic," some not, and of course the modules are all 4th edition. So there's been a lot of handwaving and that best of GM tools: making crap up.
